The Treaty of Friendship and Recognition between the Kingdom of Imvrassia and the Archduchy of Pinang
Be it known to all Lords Spiritual and Temporal and all other of Our Subjects whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, the spirit of union and concord between the Kingdom of Imvrassia and the Democratic Republic of Pinang, shall, from this day forward,cause the comforts of peace, friendship, amity and good will to be established hence forward.
For this purpose, thecontracting nationsshall name and appoint their respective Ambassadors Extraordinary and Ministers Plenipotentiary, when so ever either nation feels the need to do so. Who, after having duly communicated to each other their full powers, in goodform, have agreed upon thearticles, the tenor of which is as follows:
Article I. There shall be a universal and perpetual peace, as well by sea as by land, and asincere and constant friendship shall be established between the Kingdom of Imvrassia and the Democratic Republic of Pinang, their respective dominions, provinces, countries, subjects, and vassals, of what so ever quality or condition they be, without exception of places or of persons: So that these Nations shall give the greatest attention to maintain between themselves and their said dominions, provinces, countries, subjects, and vassals this reciprocal friendship and correspondence, without permitting, on eitherside, any kind of hostilities to be committed from henceforth, for any cause, or underany pretence whatsoever.
Article II. The Kingdom of Imvrassia does hereby Specifically, and without Prejudice Recognizeand Affirm the Democratic Republic of Pinang’s rights to all territories, lands and domains previously claimed.
Article III. The Archduchy of Pinang does hereby Specifically, and without Prejudice Recognize and Affirm the Kingdom of Imvrassia’s rights to all territories, lands and domains previously claimed.
